His experiences assist him to understand what a bank is looking for, which gives his clients a huge benefit of getting deals over the line consistently, when other bankers/brokers fail.
He has done loans in all areas of lending, from First Home Buyers to Experienced Investors in the Residential space, from small Developers to Multi Level Builds across Construction and Commercial purchases and refinances.
He also specialises in self-employed clients who struggle to get funding.
Joel has an Advanced Diploma in Financial Services (Financial Mortgage Broking Management & Financial Planning) Bachelor of Business (Banking & Finance) and is also a member of the Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia (MFAA).
